I have ordered a mobile phone from amazon on 7th june , my order was supposed to be delivered by 8th june which got delayed . I called the customer care multiple times to know the status of my order to which i was told i should wait for sometime and it will be delievered within 24 hours . After waiting for a and the amazon app not showing any tracking status of my package i called customer care again . I was once again told its in bangalore and it will be surely delivered within 24 hours . I mentioned them my issue that i need to leave bangalore on monday 13th june and my product is on exchange and if they let me know if it cannot be delivered before that i will cancel my order . After calling 4-5 times and waiting for 4 days i still get the status that my package will surely get delivered within 24 hours with no other reason as to what is taking time and whether it will be actually delivered or not . So i am raising this complain against amazon customer care people for not updating the correct status to the customer after multiple requests and being deceiving by telling the customer their order will be delivered on some date and extending dates once the order is placed
