Text of Complaint by Aashik Joel:

I recently ordered an LG Monitor and it was supposed to be delivered by Sunday (Oct 30). It wasn’t delivered and there wasn’t any response or communication from both Amazon and Delivery Agent. I thought it’ll be delivered on Monday but it wasn’t delivered on Monday as well. I’ve been trying to reach out to Amazon Customer Support through call and chat where they have been telling me that it’ll be delivered today everytime I call. Whenever I call them in the morning, they say it’ll be delivered by evening and whenever I call them in the evening, they say it’ll be delivered the next day. And today is Nov 2, and they are saying that it’ll be delivered before Nov 6 and this is called Buffer time and it is a company policy. I’ve never been informed something like this and it’s not fair too. Product is supposed to be delivered by 30th Oct and it’s not fair of them to ask me to wait for 1 week. Also, there isn’t anything that they are willing to do for their mistake. If at all the product is not delivered by 6th, they’ll only initate a refund it seems and not issue an apology or any other solution to rectify it. What does Amazon think of customers like me?
