Text of Complaint by Ananya Prakash:

I ordered Frankenstein penguin’s clothbound edition and Brontë book sleeve in order #9943 on fanbox.thebigbookbox.com on November 22,2022.

I was told you will have the product by end of January 2023. Then, I tried contacting customer support so many times since but to no result. They ignored my emails for months and I finally got a proper response on March 22 saying it will be dispatched that week. Now it is May and I still don’t have my delivery.

It is extremely disappointing I want a my delivery within 2 weeks or a full refund.
