I had ordered things on 31st Dec 2020 through Jiomart and had done the payment via mobikwik. The amount got debited from my account and the payment was successful. My UPI Transaction ID is 036608854647. On that very day my order status in Jiomart showed Declined and after sometime the order as well as the order status was removed from my ID. When I contacted the customer care about refund they told me that it isn’t showing in our system and it will get refunded within 7 days. Everytime I contact the customer care they are telling that it will be refunded within 7 days and I haven’t been refunded till now.
