I want the same product with same offers because my parcel was reached at e cart office on 24 July 2022 and I personally contacted them but they did not delivered my order and the reason for cancellation mentioned is totally wrong and irrelevant because nobody’s tried to deliver my order.
I have filed the consumer complaint against this incident because I am totally disagree with you for the reason for cancellation.They used my money for more than 10 days and after many attempts I tried to get in touch with flipkart to provide me the seller details flipkart executive refused by saying we dont have seller details.
Considering obove facts my order may please be considered with same price and same exchange price.Otherwise you and seller have to face the legal action which is initiated by me on consumer forum.
