I have purchased oneplus 9rt on 04-05-2022. after unblocking the item for the very first time i tired to charge the new mobile suddenly i noticed got with short-circuit sound and not charging further this mobile worth rupess = 43999. which i have taken throw credit card, where the amount is already decided from the card
i want to return this mobile and refund my amount back. i not getting any response from amazon team after making my request . I have audio record conservations with amazon team on this issue as a proof

kindly help to resolve the issue
