I am writing to report that my BGMI account has been hacked and I am no longer able to access it.

On 20 September 2025, my account was subjected to an unauthorized ban. The very next day, I was unable to log in to my BGMI account. I believe that a hacker gained unauthorized access to my account.
After taking control of the account, the hacker changed my in-game profile details, including the account name and profile information. I am no longer able to access or control the account.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter, review the login history and account activity, and help me recover my account. I am the legitimate owner of this account and am willing to provide any additional information or proof required for verification.
