My sim stopped working, so when I went to Aurtel to get a new sim card, they said my number is not registered in my name, but its in someone else’s name and so I cannot get a new sim card.
I ported from idea to airtel in 2012, airtel has records showing the same, I also gave KYC multiple times from 2012 to 2019 for 4G SIM, TRAI KYC regulations(2016), etc. but now airtel says that the sim was registered in someone else’s name from the begining. which is not only absurd but also fraudulent.
