Actually I’ve been using the sim since more than 7 years and the problem is the incoming call is not receiving properly. As I have raised a complaint in gajuwaka airtel branch but there is no response,I’ve raised complaint 3 times but there not at all response from them,and the airtel store worker recommended to change network from airtel to another. Is that the way of your airtel workers behave? In our family we were using 5 airtel sims.For my kind request please atleast you take care of the network
