We have family plan of vodafone. 5 number for rs. 999/- in the month of April we break the family plan and after that the rental were 399/- for each. We port out to jio. After porting vodafone sent bill for rs. 671 for 16 days for my number 9999862329 and said billing plan was 999. Even at the time of breaking family plan they said the rental should be 399/-
I called up many times but no one here to hear. And disable my number yesterday. Unfortunately I need to make payment. Please resolve the problem. Also there should be a responsible person at customer care, who have sufficient knowledge and can resolve problems.
