I ordered breakfast from Minerva Express Hyderabad on 28-09-2018 from uber eats by using paytm as payment method.they are not at all giving reply through helpline.without resolving my issue my ticket was closed.how careless service is this.i want my money back that’s all no other option to you please check the screenshots

I CROSS CHECK WITH HOTEL OWNER N CAME TO KNOW UR DELIVERY PERSON EXCHANGE MY SANDWICH 3 LAYER WITH 2 LAYER AND PIZZA ALSO CHANGE THEY CANNOT CHANGE JUICE N SHAKE SO QUANTITY REDUCED AND ALSO CHILLY AND ORGANO N SAUCE POUCH TAKEN WHICH HOTEL OWNER GIVEN WAS NOT IN THAT. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE ORDER. SO MISTAKE I NOT CROSS CHECK IN MY WORK UR ORDER IN FRONT OF YOUR STAFF BUT NEXT TIME I WILL CATCH THEM AT A TIME AND COMPLAIN UR OWNER AS WELL THIS FEEDBACK WILL GIVE TO ALL WHO ORDER ONLINE.
