I paid 290 for a book order id- (402-9457345-6023538).
Then I cancelled the order because the estimated delivery date was very late.
They refunded me only 90 rupees in my bank account and they told the remaining amount of rupees 200 will credited in Amazon pay.
I asked them to refund my money on my original payment method but they refused by saying that it’s our policy.
How can they enter me into a policy involuntary?
Sir please help me i am a student, I kept these money to buy books but they frauded me .
