I booked air ticket from Paytm on 27/12/2018. The ticket was not confirmed but the amount of Rs 8,602 was debited from my account. Till date i.e., 3/01/2019 my money has not been returned or credited in my account by Paytm. Aftet contacting the customer care continuously they are telling to contact the Bank but not returning my money.
