Hi Team,
I transferred money from wallet to bank on 31/12/2018 by mistaken i have entered wrong Bank account number to which i have to send money, I raised a complaint PAYTM ask me to fill indemnity form in which i have given them all my details and attached all the required documents. and advise me the money will return in max 30 – 60 days i waited for them for 60 days.
On 61th day i give a call to them and ask about the status of my concern but on that day the told me that my form was not forward further as my form is incorrect firstly they should give me a mail or a call to told this within 60 days.
After that i have already shared them my form to many time as per there requirements they never told my mistake in one go whenever i give them a call for status then they come up to me with new requirement.
What type of behavior should i accept from them they work here for PAYTM services or they only go there for chit chat.
Today 15/03/2019 at 10:09 AM i again give them a call then that person told me mam your mail is not received and also in your form you have to remove “/” from many place are they trying to make fool of my self.
Its ridiculous behaviors from PAYTM side. Please launch a higher complain against them also help me out to get my money back. just to be on same page the amount is not just 10 or 20 rupees its about 10000 rupees which is stucked in between.
