I have decided on 18th September to cancel this order id and take the new plan as new plans were released on 1st September, and as my installation was not done till 18th September but KYC was done on 30th of August and as I have paid the whole amount of Rs.8510.92 for 6 month for the plan which was of 849 rs. per month silver plan previously (1001 point something with 18% GST) but till yet my money is not refunded as I have complaint on 19th September and 11 days has passed, this is hard earned money by someone ? either you refund my money or I’ll complaint in consumer forum so that you people learn some lesson from there because when you take any type of money that you want you take instantly, but when we talk about our money then you people say tomorrow, day after tomorrow that doesn’t come as usual…?????
