Sir,
Mera name chandan kumar hai. Aaj maine 100 rs ka recharge kiya paytm se par mera balance bank se deducted ho gya par recharge successfully nhi Hua. Maine paytm customers care ke pass call kiya 2 3 bar par koi sahi se reply nhi aaya . Call karne par wo dusre service kah kar dusre number deta hai or us par call karne par wo kahne lagta hai ye alag service hai is tarah koi problem ka solutions nhi batate or puchhne par call cut kar deta hai.Mai chahta hu ki please is par karwai kiya jaye.
