I did gas cylinder booking via paytm but the payment went on pending phase. i waited for a day but it was still pending so i went to there help and support system but it’s of no use. next day i call them on their customer care number and explained my issue then they said they’ll work on it but at night i received a message that i need to call the merchant and ask for proof of not receiving the payment. i had called once but they just said there’s no payment received on that day from me. next day i again dialed their customer care service and then they said they’ll resolve it in a day . now it’s been 7 days since i made the payment but still it’s pending . they should either cancel it or refund it . according to their policy the pending status is for 72hrs only n they resolve it in a day. but what about my payment with is stuck in between for 7 days.
