On 20th November i ordered nike jordan shoes that costed me around 18545 rupees when i payed the money via UPI they said error occurred and money was already been deducted from my account then i contacted them they told u will recive the refund in maximum 10 days and today its been 12 days i havent got my refund yet in this 12 days i have contacted them 5 to 6 times and everytime i got tue same answer that u will get the refund to make me sure they also sent me an email at that time i was like its okay i will get refund soon but still after 12 days I haven’t got any refund please help me with this whatever proofs i have i am attaching them i have attached phone pe transfer screenshot i have many proofs but as i can just choose one filr then i have sent u upi transfer screenshot
