I have used airtel postpaid and changed to vodafone prepaid due to network issue, so after changed vodafone i have pending bill amount ₹491 from airtel postpaid due to this pending bill vodafone network disconnected on 13-Nov-2020 , i paid my airtel pending bill on 17th nov 2020 and the transaction ID i showed to VI store at guduvanchery and that lady said within 72 hours your number will be relased but not yet released and again i went to store and that lady said buy a new sim card within 2 hours it will be activate but not yet, again i went to store on 23rd nov 2020 and she showed a mail to me and it will activate within 23rd nov 2020 midnight 12am but still not yet activated.
