Dear Sir/Madam
My mobile number 8094045895 is not working from last 15 days.
In October 2019 I switched from idea Post paid to Airtel Prepaid and the number was in continuous use since then but in may 2020.
All the Pendency against idea has already been cleared and number has been released from idea.
Now when number stopped working I called to Airtel customer service and they said that this number is not in their customer list.
Last successful recharge was done on 10 may 2020 (Rs 379) but number stopped responding.
Currently my number is not working, no network is showing for that. My money on recharge was wasted.
Please provide a solution. Help me.
