A person named Alhauddin has taken covid vaccine on 14th Sept and 13th oct using my mobile number without my knowledge. I didnt give any OTP and neither have I received any OTP on these days. On 13th oct I received a message saying Alhauddin has been fully vaccinated and i verified it in cowin portal too. The same is seen there.
