Dear Sir / Madam,
My idea phone no +91-9814522681 which was was kept in safe custody and had paid advance for the safe custody till month of Nov,20. i went to the Vi Store to on 1st Nov,20 to check when should i pay further for the any dues, and to my surprise i was told that my mobile has been permanently disconnected on 30th Oct, when i asked the reason i was told that during transfer of ideas to vodafone their have been some issues and your phone got disconnected, but dont worry we have taken your request and your no. will be reissued in 1 week, since then it has been 6 weeks, i have been continously visiting the Vi store, infact i raised this issue to Appellate team on 30th Nov ,20, they reached out back and assured that the probelm would be sorted in 48 hours, since then it has been 16 days and no resolution, my service request no is 3-91194078765, i have till date dropped 18 emails and every time i get someone will reach you in 49 hrs, but no one has bothered to respond back, i have provided my alternate phone no +91-9899107324 and asked them to connect with my son Vivek Puri as i myself am 75+ years of age and not very active on all these topics, but there is absolute silence from Vodafone ( which has taken over ideas ), some should revert back, no response is what i am getting inspite of being a 10+ year old customer
