I have been using Vodafone postpaid Mobile services around 15 years, my outgoing services were blocked citing usage Mobile data on International roaming, despite I was using the RED family plan which has unlimited usage of calls and data within India.
My request was not heard by Vodafone for enabling the Outgoing services, my outgoing call services and data were blocked / disconnected before the billing date / payment due date, I checked thru Online and my domestic consumption is well within the limit, so I blocked the payment due to their deficiency of services / services not provided for the billing period.
I have been penalized for the service providers deficiency of services and my Mobile connection is deactivated. Need your help to resolve this matter and restoring the Mobile connection.
