Service : Airtel Postpaid Customer.
Now a day Airtel without solved customer complaint and simply published and telecast ads of zero percent customer complaint.
My mail id is misusing one of your valuable prepaid demo sim customer and his mobile number is 9596759501 & name : Haneef Khan
I have raised the complaint when that the person availed sim from Airtel stores on Oct 12, 2021 Thro over the phone and mail.
After that again I have raised on Nov 12, 2021 and it’s not solved complaint, but simply executive told better you can change mail id. Strongly told we will not delete or modify mail id at their end.
I have received the calls(9676994573, 9003762329), from your executive on above mentioned dated and thrice I have visited your Airtel store room, Eluru road, Vijayawada. From my place to your showroom so far up-and-down around 30km. It will took more than 2 hours journey and waste of time, problem is not solved.
Your executive all are saving that person or staff. Some mistake was happen at your end. You will not agree that mistake. I am your valuable postpaid customers and paid of Rs. 600/- to Rs. 1000/- per month.
If my problem is not solved I will switched over network. And Your losing valuable customer. If your providing services like this your company and network will become close very quickly.
Same person mobile usage and bill details received on 12 Dec 2021. Till now my problem is not solved
Complaint I have raised in playstore also but there is no response.
Worst prepaid Customer service staff and executive. Am using ur postpaid customers and my mail id misuse of another prepaid Customer. I have raised complaint thro mail and over the phone. But simply ur closed the complaint without solve the issue. Today ur 2nd level executive conversion is not happy and voice is not audible. Before talk with prepaid customer care I have talked with postpaid customer service.they told my mail id is mapped with another demo sim and ur store is given same answer
