I joined Mindscape exibitionlore bang on 11 January 2019, they hired me in delhi for dealing in his delhi clients, also i worked for home, with my internet, phone and travel expenses, as per HR of company Names(Sangeeta, & Wasim), they will reumburse with salary, on 31 jan due to some family problem i was on leave, for two days with information, again i joined my work on 4 feb 2019, and continue my work, but again for my family emergecy i had take leave on 6 th feb 2019 with HR permission, but on 8 feb 2019, they send me termination letter,
without any reason from one month 11 jan to 30 jan i worked continuesly without any break , also meet many clients and travel allover delhi, in between on of his project manger Akash came to delhi and we did many meeting, after sending termination letter they are not realising my dues, if emloyee having some problem, company send him termination letter, i dont see that kind of company in my whole life.
MD of the company Mr.Sait, assured me to realease all my dues but no dues realesed by them , even they are not reply my calls and my messages.
please help me to clear my dues from this unprofessional company.
