My HP laptop having so many issues since i brought it ,i gone to service center which is 250kms far away but they shown temporary solutions after changing the mother board and hard disk of the laptop again it shows the same issue then i asked to an exchange of the product because i didnt use about 6-7 months in the warranty period because ofthe issue . I brought in covid time so i cant go to the city after that so many time it happened then after a year of purchase the bios was crashed they said that it is an mother board issue needs a change at a coast of 40k , iam middle class person which i cant afford and the cost of laptop is 50k
Regarding this i want to file a complaint , they are not responding well it is fault piece every time they are asking money for this
