Text of Complaint by Vicki O'Loughlin:

I had my landline cut 22 days ago, because Vodafone were starting a new wireless phone system. I was not told the landline had been cut. The new modem and phones were sent to me and I hooked them all up on the 5th May, and no dial tone. After several phone calls to Vodafone they implied I had not plugged everything in properly or not turned the volume up. On the 18th May, Akira, my case manager finally spoke to her manager and agreed my landline had been cut off and they did not know why or who had done it. She said she would fix it, and ring me back, which she did not. On the 21st May I rang again and left a message that I wanted to speak  to the manager, in regards to this. I was assured that both Akira and her  manager had got the E-mail and I would be rung back before 6pm that night. Which once again has not happened. I am missing important calls and it is costing to use my mobile all the time. I am beyond angry at this time. I was not asked if I wanted the new wireless system and I am in credit to Vodafone for $30.00. FIX my phone line now. I have spoken to FAIR GO and if this is not fixed by 4pm Monday 24th May I will be taking further action with them.
