I am a loyal customer with FI Money for more than a years now. I have put my trust and started investing a good sum in their short term scheme for 8% return. Now, just one day before my investment maturity they suddenly freeze my account alleging there has been a suspicious activity without any prior notice and has hold my investment money. I have contacted their customer service and not a single person was able to tell me what the suspicious activity was.
After this issue I started checking google, youtube, fb and twitter and realized I am not the only victim. This has been their ongoing practice since quite sometime now. Now, I have little faith if I am really going to get back my money. Everytime I contact them they would tell me the concern team will get back to me and will take 3-4 working days to resolve my issue. Well, it’s been more than that now and I am very much worried. I have started having emotional and financial stress and FI money is very much responsible. I did the investment with a proper planning and thoughts now they have ruined everything.
FI money is an imposter and a Fraudster.
