Despite the availability of Jio Fibre connection in my locality, I have been left in the dark without any response from your customer care team. I urgently request that my installation request be reinstated, and I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism displayed by Jio Fibre has greatly tarnished my opinion of your services. I hope you will rectify this situation promptly to avoid losing a loyal customer. Thank you for your attention to this urgent complaint.
