My jio plan is 444 along with 1000 non jio minutes.I made a call to a non jio number which I spoke for approximately 15 min.But it was charged a usage of around 880min( refer the screenshot attached).I spoke to customer care and got to know that its a system glitch at their end.I emailed the customer care with screenshot. It has been 15 days still there is no resolution.
