I am facing issue with my internet connection.when I am trying to switch on my data it’s on opening and I don’t see any data sign or 4g sign on my signel.Also,when I try to register my complaint trough airtel thanks app it goes to diagnose the problem but stuck to diagnose as said switch off the wifi and when I switched off the wifi it’s shows no internet connection.I try to call and it redirect me to airtel thanks app of my internet is not working how am I supposed to register my complaint on an app which runs through internet.
Please do some common sense if anyone having internet issue how can he registered issue on an app.
