I have taken a no cost EMI loan for my Xiaomi 11t pro mobile of Rs 26232. It is a no cost EMI, but they are collecting EMI with interest and after paying it before due date ( 5th of every month) it will be credited back as Cashback. This is my 4 EMI which I have paid on 1st March 2023, 30 days passed still i have not got any cashback. Customer care agents are simply waste , they are just one step above the automated responses. They will ask you step by steps like email, dob, pan finally they will end saying sorry for inconvenience. This is the second time I’m facing the issue, earlier in my first month EMI also cashback was not credited, after 20+ days only i have received that too i was calling the customer care and emailing them my issue. I’m fed up with zest money
