For the past five months, I have been experiencing persistent issues with the battery of my Hero Photan Scooty. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through your authorized service center, I have been met with a complete lack of responsiveness and resolution.
The battery of my scooter has been consistently dead, rendering the vehicle unusable for its intended purpose.
I have reached out to the service center multiple times via phone calls and visits, hoping to have the issue addressed and resolved. However, I am disappointed to report that my concerns have been consistently overlooked, and there has been no tangible effort made to rectify the situation.
