I ordered my grocery items from Flipkart and they didn’t delivered the product on due date and then cancelled the order after all that they didn’t even refunded my money and customer care executives harassed us by giving fake promises to us multiple times and it’s been 1month they didn’t provided any resolution and updated the status as resolved . Flipkart allow does this in tier 3 cities. They’re harassing innocent people and not even resolving the matter. I need my money and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
