I had a balance of rs 5099 in my future pay wallet. Since my mobile got damaged, so I have to purchase a new mobile. After downloading future pay wallet from Google Play store, I am unable to login. After entering my mobile number, page is continuously loading . Also there are no online options to redeem the wallet amount. Very disappointing experience. Kindly help.
