Text of Complaint by Meenal Srivastava:

I ordered food through IRCTC E-Catering from Domino’s and made and advance payment and also got the confirmation that the food is getting prepared to be delivered on time. But the delivery boy never reached the station or called me. I had to sleep without eating anything. Worst service ever. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver.

I later in the night received order cancelled message but no refund received yet.
