I ordered from this app and my order got canceled without notifying me after that they told me i would get a refund back in 7 working days.
The order was placed on 24th Aug. 2023 with the full payment of INR 1548. Its been more than a month now, and I still haven’t received the refund amount.
Please look into the issue and make a full refund of INR 1548 to the same account with which the payment was made.
