This is Pratima Maurya from PehnawaCraft We are a Handcrafted Footwear brand and have been selling on flipkart for almost 3 years now. 5Th june my account put on hold in an issue of suspension of our account due to fraudulent activities as per flipkart.
Reason: Your account was found to be involved in fraudulent activities and abusing the SPF policy. As this is a violation of our terms of use, you will not be allowed to sell on the platform, henceforth.
I am not getting why this has happened because courier boy has checked and marked to items what are missing and wrong. after that we are doing accordingly. We have all of the documents . As we have not done any fraudulent activity and not been involved in any fraud SPF Claim of seller fraud accounts,
we have a right to know the following:-
1) Seller resorted to SPF Fraud mean?
2) We would like to know which Item SPF has fraud ?
3) Details of violation of the terms that are done from our side?
4) We would like to know the exact reason for the suspension.
Directly deactivating an account is not a solution and affects our business very badly as my family income is dependent on this. Requesting you to please check the above case as we are genuine seller/ brand owners and have not done any fraud. We have been trying to contact the flipkart team in every possible manner to resolve the case for almost 4 days. Looking forward to your assistance.
