My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account die to which the account is blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return was only due to missing product.I have already lost my hard earned 5000 rupees. Also whenever the return was requested at the Flipkart it was supported by proper evidence as per their policy, i.e., they require photo of items, also their investigation team does the investigation related to return which after being satisfied by the team was returned. This is completely ridiculous on part of Flipkart.
