My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account die to which the account is blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of the watch is not working, I ordered a watch on Flipkart and the watch is delivered yesterday (13.11.2023) even that is open box delivery, after I charged up and turn on, the watch is already dead, then I contacted Flipkart return policy, my account was blocked without any notice, now I am not able to claim warranty because of the invoice not available (even they didn’t send any mail copy of invoice)This is completely ridiculous on part of Flipkart.
