I am Jaydip Koley , I purchase 3 product from Flipkart among this 1 Shoes need to replace because size is not comfortable with me. whenever I go for return they block my id. I contact customer care they told me within 24 hours it will be activated but more than 48 hours gone no resolution. when again I contact them they told me Mail has been sent to you but no mail i have received from flipkart. i check my inbox,trash bin(if i delete),spam folder. but no mail came from flipkart. Request you kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue
