Hi Team,
Incident No – IN21061911582563574392, My name is Monisha & I have an account with the number 97*******4(email id- m********oy@gmail.com) which is blocked from last 6 months for a misunderstanding of reselling products.I have already spoken to your 100 of agents & explain them situation. Purchasing a gift card from a third party app & using it for reselling doesn’t make sense & all the product I ordered from flipkart are strictly for personal use only. I had a gift voucher worth 17,000 stucked in the same account which I am not able to use & soon it’s gonna expire.
I had a conversation with one of your member higher authority member of customer support team after several follow ups from past 6 months. I was told to submit all the necessary details to reactivate my account so that I can use that money to purchase from flipkart.
I had shared the details before but still no resolution so I am sending the details. I hope you will resolve the issue as soon as possible & unblock my account so that I can be able to purchase few items from flipkart for which I paid 6 months back. I am writing with a expected resolution or the only option to me is to file a consumer complaint to get my money back which is stucked for no reason in flipkart.
