I was working with Mr.Sidharth Bhan Gupta,of 361 Degrees Hospitality from july 2019. He don’t have any office.He didn’t give me any offer letter for joining,no terms and conditions. In september I have some health issue thats why I didn’t go to his house,I worked from my home for 8-10days. On 25th september he told me that he will not give me my salary because their is no recruitment. After working for 25 days how can a employer say this? I told ok you only pay me 3000 of 5000 but he don’t agree on this also. What will I do now?
