I have got loan from from Fullerton on August 2019.From October 2019 I have paid by EMI without fail.But in 2020 April due to Corona period I have mistakenly clicked the Moratorium option and after one of my neighbour said to cancel that option and tried in my mobile to that Fullerton app but I couldn’t able to open. By June month with help from one of the Fullerton Staff I again paid my EMI without fail till date. As per my loan tenure it will be closed by September 2022.But the EMI amount of April&May 2020 it will close on November 2022.But now in Fullerton they are saying that my EMI tenure is to be paid upto February 2023. I went to Fullerton Office in Madhuravoyal but there were no response and through phone one of the staff of Fullerton spoke with me regarding this loan hurts me a lot. People who goes for loan for their needy only. I am not a rich person,I am a middle class woman working in a private company. Even though I struggled a lot economically I never neglect to pay my loan.So please do the needful to relieve from Fullerton.
