My EMI Date is 15/08/2022 but I’m payment done early date of 11/08/2022 smartcoin app again try to take EMI payment on 15/08/2022 at the same time my account balance low, then 14/09/2022 my HDFC account bank side deduct the check bounce chargers Rs 532. im call to HDFC bank customer care number and ask the deduction information. HDFC bank customer telling like this ur smartcoin app try to take EMI amount at the same time your account balance is low so we deduct the as per our rules the check bounce amount please solve my problem who is the refund my amount smartcoin other HDFC bank please rectify the fraud and punished him and please refund my amount.
