My bill payment of rs.2766 transaction was successful but on 29 septembe 2018 i got amessage that my payement failed and i got refund of 2691 , my due date of bill is now gone now i have to pay charges of delay bill payement , phonepe should inform me about transaction failed on that particular day , then i can pay my bill payment on other services. but it informed me so late
