I ordered Realme narzo n53 in replacement of my 3 years old phone Redmi note 8. Today was the day of product delivery and replacement. Delivery agent came to me and Denied to replace my product without any Defect in my old phone and cancelled my order without my consent. Delivery agent’s reason was camera bump of my old phone was broken. I am attaching that picture of old phone which was damaged according to delivery agent. Kindly raise a complaint against him and in future i didn’t want to take delivery from that delivery person. My order id is 408-8589989-3155544. If not any action taken against him i assure to amazon i’ll try never buy or recommend any product from amazon because of this type of delivery service and behavior.
