I have ordered a bracelet on 17th March 2025 and the delivery date was showing was of 23rd March 2025 (almost a week to delivering a bracelet ) and i have waited but after that it didnt got delivered.
On 22nd March i have informed to your customer service agent that i want the delivery to be done between morning10 am to evening 6:00 pm and they also gave me surety that it will be delivered but it didnt happened so again i have contacted to amazon customer service they informed that it depend upon the seller and delivery agent that means than what you amazon people are doing , only selling the products that it and now the customer service are telling that you will get the package till 25th March if not than you will be given refund. Whats the reason to ordering than from your amazon portal. This is not a customer service to be given . if you dont have any control to your seller or your delievey agent
