I had ordered online from a company name faction hut it is situated in Delhi. I had ordered 7 packs of underware for men. It was showing some pics on YouTube. I had chosen the option of cash on delivery so that there is no online fraud be done by any one but this faction hut from Delhi got a new idea of taking cash on dilivery. I paid the courier boy cash Rs. 1000/ for the bill of Rs 999/- but when I was opening the parcel to check the courier boy stoped me and said to pay him money and then open the parcel due to company policy. But after paying him I open the parcel there where multiple layers of plactic bag. After tearing all the plastic which took me approx 5 minutes I was shocked to see there were to dirty shirt wrapped in a dirty plactic bag. I am shocked and surprice to say even the couriers company namely (ekart) is involved in this fraud by stoping us not to open the parcel without paying. Please look in to the matter as soon as possible. Waiting for a stearn action about such fraud
