I used CashBean multiple times to borrow money—six times, to be precise. However, on the seventh occasion, I failed to make the payment on time, resulting in a 30-day delay in repaying a loan of approximately 5000 rupees. I settled this debt on November 1, 2021, after originally borrowing the money in October 2021. Now, I’ve applied for a credit card, but my application was rejected. Upon inquiring about the reason, I discovered that my CashBean loan is marked as ‘active’ and ‘written off.’ I’ve been attempting to contact the company, but it appears that they have closed down, and the RBI has canceled their licenses. I’m seeking assistance to report this issue to both the company and CBIL in order to clear this loan.
